PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING

Programme rules & admission terms.

Acceptance of these terms is required to apply. Admission is granted only after the interview, selection and confirmation from AstraFlint.

01 / Selection process

  • Selection is interview-based.
  • The interview assesses the candidate’s willingness to learn, professional behaviour, communication and suitability for the selected technology track.
  • After selection, candidates must submit the college confirmation or approval letter, if required by their institution.

02 / Learning & project experience

  • The programme combines technical instruction, hands-on practice assignments and supervised project work.
  • Interns work on a practical project under mentor guidance.
  • Where suitable and feasible, a client or live project may be assigned.
  • Project participation depends on the intern’s skills, availability, conduct and client permission.
  • Eligible completed projects may be deployed or hosted as part of the learning experience.

03 / Attendance & assessment

  • Attendance, assignments, reviews and the final project are documented throughout the internship.
  • Assessment requirements may be aligned with the candidate’s college guidelines when these are shared and agreed upon before joining.

04 / Programme & documentation conditions

Programme content, project allocation and documentation are subject to the candidate’s selected track, performance, institutional requirements and the terms communicated at the time of admission.

Offer and joining letters follow selection and joining. Experience documentation is issued where applicable under the programme completion requirements. Applying or agreeing to rules does not guarantee selection, client project allocation or employment.

05 / Fees & refund terms

If AstraFlint discontinues the programme, an 80% refund or a proportionate calculation based on the period completed will apply as specified in the written admission terms. The applicable calculation must be confirmed before payment. If the student withdraws or discontinues the internship, fees are non-refundable.
